KATE – FOUNDER

Hello, I’m Kate, a seasoned hair stylist with 9 plus years experience in the vibrant world of beauty a lover of all things pink and coffee related. Specialising as a blonde expert, particularly in the artistry of balayage, I’ve dedicated years to perfecting my craft and creating breathtaking transformations. I have honed my skills to create unique and beautiful looks. As the proud owner of Style Avenue, I not only bring a wealth of technical expertise but also a commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative environment. I am deeply passionate about colour and the energy I bring to my craft. What sets me apart is my dedication to professionalism and a strong belief in empowering my team. Communication is key to me, and I genuinely enjoy connecting with people. Whether it’s through creating beautiful hair transformations or building meaningful relationships with clients and team members, I find joy in every interaction. CONAN – SALON MANAGER

Conan loves all things pampering with his weekly visits to the spa, monthly massage and all things related to personal maintenance. He knows just what it takes to feel truly relaxed, with all the stresses life can bring. Conan has over seventeen years’ experience in the industry, qualified fifteen years now he has had the pleasure of working at and managing award winning salon in Reading, Henley on Thames, Maidenhead and now Staines. Conan likes to focus on every guest’s experience from the moment they enter the salon until the moment they leave, ensuring that every guest experience is a memorable one. He has a passion for and understanding the science of our hair’s health and what home care it needs to be the healthiest it can be and master of the Keratin Blow dry. He is an asset to the Style Avenue team.

NILASTA – NAIL TECHNICIAN, BEUTY TECHNICIAN

Hello there! I’m Nilasta, a vibrant and skilled professional in the beauty industry. At 24, I’ve already amassed three years of experience as a beautician, nail technician and eyelash extension. However, my true passion lies in the artistry of nail technology. I find joy in transforming nails into stunning works of art and staying updated on the latest trends to offer my guests unique designs. I believe in offering a holistic beauty experience that uplifts both appearance and spirit. I bring a warm and friendly attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence for every guest. My passion makes me eager to contribute my skills and enthusiasm to everything I do.

DIAMOND – NAIL TECHNICIAN

Diamond is originally from Lithuania and moved to Uk when she was ten years old. She always had a passion for nails, and it allowed her to express her creativity. She is new to the industry with two years plus experience this by no means puts her at a disadvantage, she is the nail art queen. Having done every course offered to her, she has amassed an enormous wealth of knowledge in her field. Come and experience the wonderful treatments Diamond offers!

JENNY – WANDEE THAI MASSAGE

Jenny initially studied massage in 2002 at the world-renowned Wat Po monastery in Bangkok, Thailand. Her exam consisted of 800 hours of study. Since then she has amazed a wealth of knowledge in therapies, including VTCT Accreditation in, Lymphatic, Pregnancy, Reflexology, Sports Massage to name just a few.

ALEXANDRA – PERMANENT MAKE UP ARTIST AND AESTHETICS

Started art studies from a young age and then progressed into permanent makeup. Now with over ten years of industry experience working in Moscow, Bucharest, Kishinau and the last six year’s in Staines, she had amassed a wealth of techniques, in Permanent Makeup such as, lip lining, filling, eyebrows lining, brow tinting, lash lifting and tinting, permanent eyeliner and aesthetics such as Botox, fillers, micro needling, PRP facials, anti-aging skin boosters and vitamin B12 injections just to name a few
